You can connect your Google Business Profile to your OfferUp business account to display your business address, hours of operation, and Google reviews directly on your OfferUp profile.
How to connect your Google Business Profile
- Log in to your OfferUp business account and go to Settings > Account Settings.
- On the Public Profile page, find the Add a Google Business Profile section, then click Add.
- In the Connect Google dialog, click Connect with Google.
- In the Google sign-in pop-up window, select the Google account associated with your business.
- Review the permissions OfferUp is requesting (name, profile picture, and phone numbers) and click Continue to authorize access.
- A Select business dialog will display your Google Business locations. Select the business you'd like to connect, then click Continue to finish.
Once connected, your Google Business Profile information will appear on your Account Settings page and your public profile.
How to disconnect your Google Business Profile
- Log in to your OfferUp business account and go to Settings > Account Settings.
- On the Public Profile page, find your connected Google Business Profile section.
- Review the disconnect Google dialog, then click Disconnect to remove your Google Business Profile.
Once disconnected, your Google Business Profile information will no longer be visible on your profile. You can reconnect at any time by following the steps in How to connect your Google Business Profile above.
FAQs
This feature is available on select business plans. If you see a message that says "This feature is only available for…" instead of the Add button, your current plan does not include Google Business Profile integration. For information on upgrading your plan, see Change your plan.
