Managing your OfferUp for Business plan is simple. You can upgrade or downgrade between tiers at any time, or cancel your subscription if your needs change.
Note
If you’re on an Elite or Motors plan—or have a legacy account (any plan that started before March 25, 2026)—contact your Account Manager or email sellersupport@offerup.com for assistance.
Manage your plan
You can manage your subscription directly through the OfferUp Business Portal. To access your plan settings:
- Visit Offerup.com and log in to your account.
- In the top navigation menu, click Business to access the Business Portal.
- In the bottom-left corner of the navigation bar, click Settings.
- At the top of the page, select the Subscription tab then, click Manage.
You will be redirected to your secure billing partner, Stripe.
Upgrade or downgrade your plan
From the Stripe billing portal, click Update Subscription:
- To Upgrade: Select a higher-tier plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your current billing cycle so you can start using your new features right away.
- To Downgrade: Select a lower-tier plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your current tier until your next renewal date.
Note
If you wish to upgrade to our Elite package, please contact our Sales team.
Cancel your plan
From the Stripe billing portal:
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will occur after this date.
What happens after cancelling?
Here's what to expect after cancelling your plan:
- Listings: Cancelling your business subscription does not remove your posted items.
- Account: At the end of your billing cycle, your account will simply revert to a standard OfferUp user account.
- Features: You will lose access to the Business Portal, your post and promotions package, and all professional selling tools once the subscription expires.
