Stay on top of your sales activity and customer engagement by using the Performance Dashboard in the Business Portal. This tool provides insight into your sales pipelines, customer interactions, and listing visibility across your entire inventory.
Access your dashboard
You can view your performance summaries directly from your desktop browser.
- Visit OfferUp.com and log in to your account.
- In the top navigation menu, click Business.
- In the left navigation menu, click Performance.
Tip
A quick snapshot of your performance metrics can be viewed directly on the Home page. Click See performance at the top right of the summary card to jump straight to your full charts.
Filter your data
Once on the dashboard, you can filter the data to focus on what matters to you:
- Timeframes: Use the dropdown to toggle between data from the Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, or Last 90 Days.
- Aggregated & Rolling Data: All performance metrics reflect the full window you’ve selected, counting back from today. For example, selecting Last 30 days shows data from the past 30 days, not a fixed calendar month.
- Categories: Tap the category filters at the top of the charts to view performance for a specific category, such as Cars & Trucks or Business Equipment.
Note
Data on the dashboard displays a Last Updated timestamp at the top left to show you when your metrics were last refreshed.
