If you're on an Elite or Motors plan—or have a legacy account (any plan that started before March 25, 2026)—contact your Account Manager or email sellersupport@offerup.com for assistance.

Standard refund policy

OfferUp for Business subscriptions are non-refundable. All sales are final once a billing cycle has been processed.

To avoid being charged for a subsequent month, cancel your subscription before your next renewal date. To find your next renewal date:

  1. Visit OfferUp.com and log in to your account.
  2. In the top navigation menu, click Business to access the Business Portal. 
  3. In the bottom-left corner of the navigation bar, click Settings
  4. At the top of the page, select the Subscription tab then, click Manage

Report an incorrect charge

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, double-billed, or have an unauthorized transaction, we’re here to help. Send us an email at sellersupport@offerup.com and include the following: 

  • Your OfferUp account email address. 
  • The date and amount of the charge. 
  • Your invoice number.

Our team will review your request and follow up with you as soon as possible.
