If you don’t see the option you need, continue through the chat prompts and the assistant will guide you.

Get Help with an Existing Business Account
If you need help with your current business account:
- Open the chat and select Get Support for an Existing Account.
- Fill in the requested details.
- Submit your response.
Once submitted, your request is sent to our Customer Care team for review. We'll follow up by email.
