Manage profile settings with Business Portal

Use OfferUp Business Portal to manage your business profile settings in one place. From the Settings page, you can view and update key details like your business name, website, and profile photo.

Access profile settings

To open settings in the Business Portal:

  1. Visit OfferUp.com and log in to your account.
  2. In the top navigation menu, select Business to open the Business Portal.
  3. In the left-side menu, select Settings.

Edit your profile

Follow these steps to update your business profile information:

  1. On the Public Profile Settings page, select Edit next to the field you want to update.
  2. In the pop-up window, enter your edits into the applicable field.
  3. Select Save to apply your changes.

NOTE

Some profile fields are only available with certain business plans. If a feature isn’t included in your plan, the field will appear as read-only and can’t be edited. You’ll see a message that says: “This feature isn’t included in your plan.”

Manage your account settings

Email, password, and public location settings can’t be changed directly from Business Portal.

At the top of the Settings page, you’ll see a link that takes you to the standard Account Settings page on OfferUp.com. This is where you can update:

  • Email address
  • Password
  • Public location
  • Notification settings
